Jesse Core built this Springdale brewery on a single barrel in 2010, when the region had almost no craft beer to speak of, and grew it into one of Arkansas's larger operations, now running under the Scarlet Letter banner. The pour is best taken at the source: the Core taproom in Springdale sends its beers straight from the tanks, and there's a second taproom out at XNA if you're catching a flight. It widened past beer into hard beverages along the way, but the beer is the founding thing.
