Louise seats you at the edge of a working runway. The cafe sits in the Thaden Fieldhouse at Bentonville's municipal airport, its indoor and patio seats looking straight over the airstrip to Lake Bentonville, and private planes lift off and land while you eat. The menu is elevated diner breakfast, brunch, and lunch, but the view is the reason to cross town. The house runs on its own terms: no reservations, first-come, first-served, with a waitlist you can join before you head over. And if you want the runway to yourselves, the restaurant, patio, and hangar all rent for private events.
