The HopOut and Stay Swinky, two grassroots promoters the Fayetteville Flyer and KUAF have each followed up from house shows and backrooms, both book shows into this bar in a 2019 retail strip beside the Razorback Greenway. The calendar they land on is local and three or four acts deep: over the last weekend of June 2026 the music ran four nights straight — three acts Thursday, three Friday, three Saturday, then four on Sunday, when Burned Up Bled Dry, Madman Morgan, Chrono Wizard, and Pyrocratic played. Another four-act bill followed on August 15, 2026. The room was announced as a pizza bar and opened in May 2019 serving none. When the owners sold the South School Avenue building and closed the decade-old Nomad's Southtown in July 2025, this was the room they kept: Jeremey Brown, who ran The Music Hall from 2002 to about 2009, told the Flyer they would just focus on Trailside.
