Yeyo's

The Rios family holds the whole line here: the produce comes off its own farm in Little Flock, the kitchen at Bentonville's 8th Street Market cooks it, and the name over the door is the family patriarch's, Don Yeyo. Rafael Rios, a U.S. Army veteran, started the place as a food truck on the Bentonville Square in 2012 and grew it into the sit-down room. The truck still works the square as Blue Demon, and there's a mezcalería up in Rogers. The national notice came later. James Beard has named Rios a Best Chef: South semifinalist five times, and in 2022 the New York Times named Yeyo's one of its fifty favorite American restaurants. Book ahead.
