Carsaga's is the one Arsaga's window you drink from without leaving the car, the family's first and only drive-thru, in the old Rally's building on MLK. The full menu comes through it: rotating single-origin espresso, seasonal drinks, nitro. Thirty years of independent roasting, now handed out a window.
The Arsaga family has roasted in Fayetteville since 1992 and pours where the town already goes — the public library, the U of A law library, the art school — plus a drive-thru and a Church & Center toast bar. Their full-service restaurants are gone; the coffee counter is what has lasted thirty years.
