On the third floor of the Fayetteville Public Library, off the Mountain Street lobby, Arsaga's keeps a counter going: coffee, specialty drinks, and a light pastry case, close enough that you never have to leave your book to find a good cup. It's the city's own independent roaster holding down the room where Fayetteville reads. Open Mon–Sat from 8, Sundays from noon.
The Arsaga family has roasted in Fayetteville since 1992 and pours where the town already goes — the public library, the U of A law library, the art school — plus a drive-thru and a Church & Center toast bar. Their full-service restaurants are gone; the coffee counter is what has lasted thirty years.
